NexLife CRM is committed to making our software usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technologies. This statement describes the accessibility posture of nexlifecrm.org and the NexLife dashboard as of the date above.
1. Standard We Target
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. We have not completed a formal third-party audit, so this is a target, not a certification.
2. Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML and ARIA-friendly component primitives (Radix UI) for dialogs, menus, and popovers.
- Keyboard-navigable focus rings on all interactive controls.
- Color contrast built on top of design-system tokens that meet WCAG AA against our background palette.
- Alternative text on non-decorative images and
aria-labelon icon-only buttons. - Responsive layouts down to a 360px viewport with 44×44 pixel tap targets on primary actions.
- Support for the native operating-system settings for reduced motion, forced-colors mode, and text scaling.
3. Known Limitations
- Some rich content in agent-authored proposal previews may not be fully accessible; we are actively improving this surface.
- PDF documents generated by the platform (proposals, agreements, SSN-disclosure) target print rather than screen-reader use. If you need an accessible version of a specific document, contact us and we will provide it.
- We have not yet completed screen-reader testing on the client-facing intake wizard in every state's edge cases.
4. Requesting Accommodations
If you encounter a barrier or need an accommodation to use the Services, please email accessibility@nexlifecrm.org or call (888) 863-9189. Include the page URL, a description of the barrier, and the assistive technology you are using. We will respond within a reasonable time and offer alternative access to the information or functionality.
5. Ongoing Work
Accessibility is not a one-time project. We review changes against the checklist above during development and welcome feedback from customers and end users.
