This Cookie Policy explains how NexLife CRM ("NexLife," "we," "us") uses cookies and similar technologies (collectively, "cookies") on nexlifecrm.org and the NexLife dashboard.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They can be set by the site you are visiting ("first-party") or by a service the site relies on ("third-party"). We also use localStorage, which is similar to cookies but stored in your browser's local storage rather than sent with every request.
2. Cookies We Use
Strictly Necessary (always on)
- Authentication session, set by our managed auth provider (Supabase). Persists your signed-in state and refresh token. Stored in localStorage; sent to our API as a bearer token.
- Session-guard IP binding, server-side row keyed to your user ID; used to block a second concurrent sign-in from a different IP.
- CSRF / same-origin protection, the framework's typed RPC layer only accepts calls from the same origin with a valid bearer.
Functional
- UI preferences, sidebar collapse state, theme, "dismissed" tour cards. Stored in localStorage.
Payments
- Stripe, when you click Subscribe, we redirect you to a Stripe-hosted checkout page. Stripe sets its own cookies on its domain for fraud detection and to keep your checkout session alive. See Stripe's cookie policy.
Analytics
We do not currently run third-party marketing analytics or advertising cookies on nexlifecrm.org. We may add privacy-respecting server-side product analytics in the future; when we do, this page will be updated in advance.
3. Do Not Track
Because we do not run cross-site tracking, "Do Not Track" browser signals have no effect on the cookies we set.
4. How to Control Cookies
You can clear cookies and localStorage from your browser's settings at any time. Clearing them will sign you out of NexLife and reset your UI preferences. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies means you will not be able to sign in.
5. Changes to This Policy
We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we make material changes. If we add analytics or third-party cookies, we will announce it in-app before enabling them.
